Iris's client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for a long-term contract to hire opportunity based in Toronto, ON(Hybrid)

Our client is a Canadian multinational financial services company and the largest bank in Canada by market capitalization. Bank is serving individual consumers, small and middle market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk-management products and services.

Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Toronto (Hybrid –4 Days onsite/week)

Duration: 6+ Months T4 Contract to hire

Must-have skills

- 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology implementations
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, interface/integration coordination, and risk/issue management
- Experience in financial services operations, investor services, wealth is preferable
- Proven delivery experience in process automation and operational transformation initiatives
- Drive execution across business, operations, and technology teams.
- Strong understanding of change-management impacts,



including business readiness, communications, training, and adoption support
