Senior Project Manager / Leader

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Leader with strong experience managing large-scale, complex, multi-year technology projects and programs within a government or large public-sector environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee complex projects, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
- Lead executive governance, reporting, and decision-support activities
- Develop executive briefings, dashboards, status reports, briefing notes, and governance materials
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior executives and governance committees
- Manage cross-project dependencies, vendor commitments, risks, and implementation activities
- Support the Public Safety Radio Network (PSRN) program and related transition/migration initiatives
- Coordinate with senior project managers, technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership




- Develop project plans covering resources, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of senior leadership experience in project/program management

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale, complex, multi-year technology projects

• Solid experience with executive governance and public-sector decision-making

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into executive-level materials
- Proven experience in risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management
- Experience working with senior government officials and executive committees
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Experience leading projects involving multiple business, technology/infrastructure, and vendor teams
