Engage with clients and enhance our market position nationwide. Located in Burnaby, BC, you will be reporting to our Managing Director while closely working with the Sales Manager in Toronto.

This position allows you to influence Sixense’s growth strategies, promoting our innovative digital solutions and managing key client relationships. You will also represent us at industry events. Key Responsibilities:

- Shape and execute the business development plan
- Identify current opportunities within the region
- Collaborate with teams for synergy in proposals
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients
- Lead project handover and client follow-up processes

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering
- At least 5 years in instrumentation within construction
- Demonstrated expertise in proposal/estimating processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Competent with CRM tools and data visualization software
