About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable SAP solutions that support business requirements and digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with SAP Business Analysts, project teams, and business stakeholders, you will translate functional requirements into reliable technical solutions across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP ABAP development, modern SAP development frameworks, integrations, extensibility, and SAP Fiori, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements in partnership with SAP Business Analysts and translate them into effective, scalable SAP solutions.
- Design, develop, document, test, and maintain SAP programs and technical solutions.
- Analyze new development requirements and modifications, evaluate change requests, and design solutions aligned with business needs.
- Support SAP project teams with Fit/Gap analysis, technical assessments, and change request definition.
- Develop and maintain solutions across SAP modules and technologies, including FI, CO, MM, SD, QM, and SAP Solution Manager.
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, and Go-Live activities for SAP projects.
- Design and develop SAP Fiori applications and modern SAP solutions using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), CDS views, and SAP Fiori Elements.
- Develop and consume backend services and APIs, including integration with external applications and cloud services.
- Apply SAP development standards, ATC checks,



and best practices for modernizing legacy solutions and maintaining a clean S/4HANA core.
- Collaborate actively with Business Analysts, project teams, developers, and stakeholders in an international environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- University or post-secondary degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline.
- 10+ years of professional SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA .
- Extensive experience developing solutions across SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and QM.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming , including Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and SAPscript.
- Strong experience with IDocs and ALE .
- Proficiency in ABAP, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of designing, consuming, exposing, and optimizing CDS views .
- Proven ability to develop SAP Fiori applications end-to-end using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) .
- Strong knowledge of backend service development and exposing services to external applications.
- Experience with ATC and SAP best practices for modernizing and Fiori-enabling legacy developments.
- Experience with SAP Business Application Studio .




- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related services is an asset, including API consumption, cloud business events, and SAP Fiori Elements.
- Knowledge of SAP best practices for extensibility in S/4HANA Cloud , with a focus on keeping the core clean.
- Experience with Custom Business Objects .
- Basic knowledge of low-code platforms such as Neptune or Mendix and Java is an asset.
