Title: Senior SAP HR / Payroll Functional Analyst

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Duration: 12 months

Location: Toronto or Montreal (hybride)

The consultant will work within a complex and evolving environment, collaborating with IT teams, HR business partners, payroll teams, and external vendors.

This is a contract opportunity offering the chance to contribute to strategic initiatives within a large-scale SAP setting.

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR and Payroll processes
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules, primarily PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll
- Participate in impact assessments, workshops, and the definition of functional solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams and system integrators to ensure the quality of deliverables
- Support functional, integration,



and user acceptance testing activities
- Provide operational support and incident resolution related to SAP HR / Payroll modules
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects
- Produce and maintain functional documentation
- Advise business stakeholders on SAP HR / Payroll best practices

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SAP Functional Analyst
- Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR / Payroll modules
- Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes within a complex corporate environment
- Experience supporting SAP projects and delivering enhancements
