Analyze and resolve day-to-day operational incidents, billing exceptions, and system defects to ensure seamless Meter-to-Cash operations.

Provide operational support for device installation/removal, meter readings, and Device Management (DM) integration defects.

Manage incidents and operations related to Intercompany Data Exchange (IDEX) processes, including IDoc processing and monitoring.

Perform SAP IS-U functional configuration updates across Billing and Device Management modules.

Author detailed functional specifications for WRICEF objects, including billing reports, DM workflows, and data pipelines.

Lead Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure end-to-end system validation.

Identify process improvement and automation opportunities using Microsoft Fabric capabilities (Dataflows, Pipelines, Lakehouse, Power BI embedded analytics).

Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues to propose long-term automation solutions that reduce manual effort and minimize billing exceptions.

Essential Skills & Qualifications Core Expertise:



10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-U, specializing in Billing & Invoicing and Device Management (DM) modules.

Functional Capabilities: Solid knowledge of the complete Meter-to-Cash (M2C) cycle, meter reading processing, and device lifecycle management.

Integration & IDEX: Hands-on experience with IDEX and IDoc processing, troubleshooting, and exception handling.

WRICEF & Functional Specs: Proven track record in preparing comprehensive functional specifications for custom developments and reports.

Testing: Demonstrated experience executing Unit, Integration, and UAT cycles.

Analytics & Automation: Familiarity or hands-on experience with reporting/automation platforms, such as Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Pipelines, Lakehouse) or Power BI embedded analytics.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis, defect management, and process optimization.
