We are seeking a motivated, experienced Service Advisor for the position of Senior Service Advisor at our flagship Nissan Dealership in Mount Pearl.

As the Senior Service Advisor, you report to the Service Manager and will assist in all areas including but not limited to:

- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service throughout the repair and maintenance process.
- Accurately assess customer concerns and communicate recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare detailed repair orders, estimates, and invoices.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status, repair recommendations, and completion times.
- Explain technical information and repair requirements clearly and professionally.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs.
- Review completed work with customers and ensure all concerns have been addressed.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Work closely with Technicians, Parts, Warranty, and Service Management to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and service-related issues.
- Monitor repair orders to ensure accuracy, profitability, and timely completion.
- Support Service Advisors and assist with training and mentoring newer team members.
- Help maintain a safe,



organized, and professional Service Department.
- Follow all company policies, manufacturer requirements, and Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- 5+ years of Service Advisor experience
- Nissan experience is considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, Technicians, Parts personnel, and Management
- Must be able to provide a clean code of conduct and drivers abstract
