This 16-week full time internship provides an opportunity to help ensure Canadian youth access mental health support through innovative programs. You will coordinate volunteer activities, enhance community-building efforts, and assist with the development of new volunteer initiatives while working alongside the Equity Programs team. Ideal candidates are eager to make an impact and strengthen volunteer experiences for equity-deserving youth.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support volunteer recruitment and onboarding processes • Coordinate volunteer communications and recognition initiatives • Foster an inclusive volunteer community online • Maintain volunteer records and track participation • Collaborate on projects that enhance volunteer experiences

Requirements: • Enrolled in related post-secondary program • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational abilities and detail-oriented • Interest in community development and youth engagement • Ability to work independently on multiple priorities
