Robert Half is looking for a dedicated Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance processes within a manufacturing operations in the Napanee area. This is a full-time/permanent role on site. Advantages:-Competitive salary (85-100K)-Full benefits + RRSP matching-3 weeks vacation + 2 sick days-Birthday off-3 weeks vacation + Christmas closure-Free parkingResponsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems tailored to manufacturing operations.- Supervise inspections for incoming materials, monitor in-process checks, and oversee final product assessments to ensure standards are met.- Lead investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve manufacturing efficiency.- Manage and mentor a team of quality control professionals, including technicians and inspectors.- Maintain accurate quality documentation, records, and audit reports to ensure compliance.- Coordinate and participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring corrective actions are addressed promptly.- Analyze key performance indicators and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers to resolve quality concerns and enhance satisfaction.Qualifications:- Must be willing to work fully on site.- Post secondary education in Engineering is needed.- 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality management within a manufacturing setting.- Proficiency in CRM systems and experience with quality management tools.- Strong knowledge of quality metrics,
