Take on a pivotal role with Medicom as a Senior Validation, Quality Systems, and Compliance Specialist, with up to 50% travel across North America. Leverage your expertise to enhance compliance and quality management strategies. You will act as a senior subject matter expert, leading the charge in defining a centralized validation strategy to support Medicom's operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Working closely with various departments, you'll ensure comprehensive QSC strategies are implemented effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead centralized strategies for Validation and QSC
- Advise on best practices for QSC processes organization-wide
- Facilitate the implementation of compliant operational practices
- Ensure adherence to ISO 13485,



FDA QSR, and EU regulations
- Oversee continuous improvement initiatives for QMS

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years progressive quality and compliance experience
- Familiarity with regulated medical device environments
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage travel commitments within North America
