Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring transparent communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining proper presentation and quality standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service during busy periods




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing personalized guest attention

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management abilities to handle high-volume service smoothly
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and basic math for accurate billing and cash handling
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and engage with guests confidently
- Understanding of food safety practices and proper serving techniques in the food industry
- Ability to upsell menu items naturally to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Hospitality mindset focused on creating positive guest experiences through attentive service
