Seeking Full Time Server/Bartender for busy Downtown Eastside Oyster & Seafood Restaurant.

We are a team based operation where everyone pitches in nightly to take care of our customers and are part of a weekly tip pool that benefits all staff. After an initial 3 month waiting period, this position comes with an extended health care benefits package including prescription medication and vision care.

Shift hours are Tuesday through Sunday 4-11pm, Full Time position is 4-5 shifts/week. Our kitchen often makes really tasty staff meals served later in the shift to help keep everyone going.

The work environment is casual but very busy, and very consistent. We rarely take a day off at Pearl Diver and can be busy any night of the week.



Our tip pool is based on the number of hours worked and not which night you work. We have full time staff that have all worked 5+ years, and are not just part of Pearl Diver team but part of the neighbourhood.
