Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations to enhance their experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and providing correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally




- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during peak hours
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Basic math skills for cashiering, calculating bills, tips, and managing cash transactions accurately
- Experience in hospitality or food service roles that demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
