Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely




- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support smooth service flow

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; experience in food handling and food service is highly valued
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of serving techniques, barista experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
- Hospitality background that demonstrates professionalism and adaptability
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, beverage mixing, and customer engagement
