Kitchen Server The Kitchen Server provides friendly meal service while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining workplace for residents. Employees rotate between Early Server, Late Server, and Late Server Assistant shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve meals and beverages
- Take resident orders and assist during meal service
- Wash dishes and maintain the dishwashing area
- Set up, clean, and reset the dining room
- Restock condiments, beverages, and bistro supplies
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, dining room, carts, and floors
- Remove garbage and complete assigned closing duties
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work cooperatively with team members and prepare work areas for the next shift

Shift Duties Early Server — 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Prepare and serve breakfast and beverages
- Wash dishes and reset the dining room
- Take lunch orders and prepare order sheets
- Set up and assist with lunch service




- Restock supplies and complete cleaning duties

Late Server — 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Set up and serve lunch and supper
- Take orders and serve residents
- Wash dishes and clean the dishwashing area
- Prepare drink carts
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties

Late Server Assistant — 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Assist with supper service
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Sweep and mop floors
- Remove garbage and clean carts
- Shut down the kitchen
- Ensure all areas are ready for the next day

All Kitchen Servers must be dependable, respectful, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Pay: From $15.35 per hour
