Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated SERVER to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a server, you will be the key to ensuring our guests enjoy memorable dining moments by providing attentive service, expert food handling, and friendly hospitality.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout your shift
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions,



resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest comfort at all times

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Solid understanding of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Experience in hospitality or serving roles that demonstrate teamwork and adaptability
- Basic kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes is a plus
