Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and service
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen coordination as needed to support smooth operations
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly while maintaining quality service
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and ensure all serving stations are stocked and sanitized

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and making change accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and hospitality standards preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure
