Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Previous experience in food service and hospitality is preferred, along with robust communication and time management skills. The Server will play a key role in upholding food safety standards and promoting a positive atmosphere for guests.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety regulations
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and cleaning work areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders




- Address guest inquiries professionally and resolve any concerns promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for billing and cash handling accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly attitude and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
