Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks through effective time management skills.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while providing correct change and receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up dining areas before service and cleaning up after shifts to uphold restaurant standards.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, math calculations for bills, tips, and change handling.
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
