Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring dishes meet quality standards before delivery




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely order fulfillment and address guest requests promptly

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of the food industry
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for productive order processing and cashiering
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Robust time management abilities to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Effective communication skills to engage with guests and team members confidently
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
