- 2 Server positions
- 1 Store Manager position

We’re looking for friendly, reliable and hardworking people with restaurant or customer service experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Server Positions — 2 Available

As a Server, you will:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take orders and operate the POS system
- Serve food and beverages
- Keep the front of house clean and organized
- Restock products and supplies
- Work closely with the kitchen during busy periods
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience

Server Requirements
- Previous restaurant, café or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly and comfortable dealing with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Available for a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends

Store Manager — 1 Position Available We are looking for an experienced and dependable Store Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our Yorkville location.

Store Manager Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the front-of-house team
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules
- Manage staff availability, shift coverage and time-off requests
- Train and onboard current employees
- Maintain strong customer service and cleanliness standards
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Monitor labour hours and staffing levels
- Handle cash-outs and end-of-day procedures




- Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs
- Resolve customer complaints and staff issues professionally
- Keep the store organized and prepared for daily service
- Coordinate with the kitchen during busy periods
- Ensure staff follow company procedures and service standards
- Communicate regularly with ownership regarding staffing, operations and any issues
- Take responsibility for the store when ownership is not present

Store Manager Requirements
- Previous restaurant, café, fast-casual or food-service experience
- Previous management, supervisor or leadership experience preferred
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Comfortable managing and directing staff
- Able to stay calm and organized during busy service
- Robust customer service skills
- Able to identify problems and take initiative
- Available for weekdays, evenings and weekends

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on position and experience + tips
