We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Server to join our team in providing beyond exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Member satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, managing food and beverage orders, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our clubhouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, Jonas.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring member satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and member charges.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.




- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and serving.
- Assist in resetting dining and event rooms for upcoming functions.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the restaurant industry or food service is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
