Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and preparation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment in the dining area and kitchen stations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols is advantageous
- Experience in customer service roles demonstrates your ability to connect with guests and deliver memorable experiences
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy are essential
- Background in Pakistani or Indian food industry or hospitality sector will help you excel in this energetic role
