Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring correct entries for efficient processing
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while ensuring proper sanitation and food safety protocols are followed
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery,

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive interactions
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus but training will be provided
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous but not mandatory; we welcome motivated individuals eager to grow their skills
- Prior kitchen or food preparation experience can be beneficial but is not essential
