Now, a rare opportunity has become available to join our High Road Motorsports Vancouver team as a Service Advisor .

About the Role The Service Advisor is a key part of the customer experience and serves as the main point of contact between our customers and Service Department.

You’ll help customers understand their motorcycle’s maintenance and repair needs, coordinate with our skilled technicians, provide clear recommendations, and ensure every interaction is professional, efficient, and positive.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document motorcycle service needs
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds
- Prepare service estimates and clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance
- Recommend additional services and products when appropriate
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and schedule work efficiently




- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Process transactions and payments accurately
- Maintain detailed service and customer records
- Build long-term relationships with our customers
- Support the Service Department and management team as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Previous dealership experience or a mechanical background is preferred
- Robust mechanical understanding and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable recommending and selling services and products based on customer needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience processing customer transactions is an asset
- A valid motorcycle licence is preferred, but not required
- A passion for motorcycles is an asset — and if you don’t have it yet, we’ll make sure you enjoy them!

Compensation & Schedule Salary: $55,000–$80,000 per year

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
