DUTIES:

· Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership

· Create service appointments, resolve service or parts inquiries over the phone

· Review service history and recommend needed services to guests

· Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and its associated service requirements

· Perform repair orders maintenance (filing, payment process, etc.)

· Write repair orders and monitor the progress of the customer vehicle from start to finish





· Perform additional duties as instructed by the Service Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent sales and communications skills

· Fluency in English, and Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset

· A minimum of two years experience as a luxury brand service advisor

· Working knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds system or the ability to learn current operating systems quickly

· High School Diploma or equivalent experience

· Ability to type more than 50 words per minute

· Class 5 Driver license
