Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance services clearly, providing transparent estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services.
- Upsell appropriate additional services or products that benefit the customer's vehicle and driving experience.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed financial records.




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
- Maintain organized records of service orders, customer interactions, and repair histories to support ongoing customer relationships.

Requirements

- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive sales or service advising.
- Mechanical experience or strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles to effectively communicate repair needs.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge.
- Experience in upselling services or products to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Proficiency in cash handling, payment processing, and basic administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and familiarity with dealership operations is highly preferred.
