Contribute as a key member of the Canada management team. Deliver service business revenues and margins according to or in excess of plan. Manage a team of direct reports (technical and administrative).

Manage the transition of clients from projects to long term service agreements. Reporting to the Branch General Manager - Toronto, Automated Logic – Canada, Ltd, plan, organize, direct and control all service operations activities within the functional requirements of the role. Attract, train and retain all critical roles within the service department.

Ensure overall safety of team,



including training, PPE and constant awareness of safety protocol. Working with general manager and sales manager, develop service execution plan to meet annual financial service plan. Meet plan for agreement execution, T&M; quotes and reactive service, as well as execution of service executed projects.

Drive team to meet customer pull through discovery, quote closure and execution to area plan. Engage all local trade resources to recruit technical and support team. Ensure department succession plan is established and communicated to general manager and regional general manager.

High School

Diploma or higher. ~5+ years experience with building automation systems (BAS). ~5+ years experience at a management level in building automation industry, with demonstrated knowledge of the Canadian business and regulatory environment. ~ Ability to travel up to 25 % nationally. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical field. Technical aptitude with knowledge of local building codes and an ability to use resources at hand to develop solutions.

Ability to relate to people at all levels, and to communicate both on a technical and non-technical basis. Demonstrated ability to understand technical information, interpret contracts and construction related documents. Working knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceMax, MS Dynamics, and other equivalent business applications.

High proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,



SharePoint, Teams, etc.) The expected base salary range for this role is between $110,500.00 CAD - $160,500.00 CAD annually. This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, as well as possible retirement contributions.

The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the province in which the applicant is to be employed. This role may also provide the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation in the form of annual bonus, sales bonus, sales commission or local incentive. If the role provides for an opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation, it will be based on measurable performance factors which may include company performance, individual performance or other key performance indicators.
