You run the board - every service call, every technician, every day flows through you. Our dispatcher is the air-traffic controller of the operation: the first voice our customers hear and the communication hub for our field team. Never worked in the trades? Position Overview:

- Serve as the first point of contact for our commercial partners, delivering exceptional customer service by phone, email, and text.
- Schedule, prioritize, and dispatch jobs - preventative maintenance, projects, and service calls - across our technician team.
- Coordinate between customers and technicians, keeping job details, parts, and scheduling information accurately logged and relayed through BuildOps.
- Complete daily job audits: timesheets, purchase orders, packing slips, parts used, and GPS records.
- Work with local suppliers to issue purchase orders, process packing slips,



and manage inventory deliveries.
- Follow up on open service calls and complete weekly customer care calls.
- After completing training, assist with spot quotes, customer approvals, and job scheduling.
- Prepare reports and take part in weekly service team meetings.

Job Qualifications:

- 2+ years' experience in customer service, dispatch, scheduling, coordination, or office administration - any industry; trades or service experience is an asset, not a requirement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional phone and email etiquette.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with multi-line phone systems, messaging, and Microsoft Office Suite; typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Experience with CRM/ERP or cloud-based platforms (BuildOps preferred) - we will train the right candidate.
- Passionate and self-driven, with a personal commitment to very high customer satisfaction on every call.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to support the team and build positive team dynamics.
