Service Plumber – Third-Year Apprentice or Higher

Leak Busters Plumbing and Drainage is hiring an experienced Service Plumber to join our growing team.

Please note: We are not currently hiring new or entry-level apprentices. Applicants must be a third-year apprentice or higher.

Qualifications

- Third-year plumbing apprentice or higher
- Red Seal certification preferred
- Previous residential and commercial service experience preferred
- Boiler and hydronic heating experience is considered an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently and communicating with customers
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Professional, reliable and organized
- Able to complete clear job notes, estimates and customer invoices
- Drain-cleaning and camera inspection experience is considered an asset

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing problems
- Complete service calls, installations and maintenance
- Repair water lines, drainage systems, fixtures, toilets and hot-water equipment




- Explain findings and repair options clearly to customers
- Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approval before beginning work
- Maintain a clean and secure work area
- Protect customers’ homes and clean up after every job
- Keep the service vehicle, tools and materials organized
- Follow company procedures and plumbing-code requirements
