Elite Window Cleaning & Holiday Lighting is a growing residential and commercial service company serving Bolton, Caledon, New Tecumseth, Newmarket, Aurora and Keswick.

We provide professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and holiday lighting services using modern equipment and technology that allows much of our work to be completed safely from the ground.

The Opportunity

We are looking for reliable, hardworking Part-Time Service Technicians to join our team. This is a hands-on outdoor position where you’ll work alongside experienced technicians servicing homes and businesses throughout our territory.

Our busiest seasons can offer 15–40 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours and full-time employment for the right candidates.

What You'll Do

- Complete exterior and interior window cleaning
- Perform gutter cleaning using professional gutter-cleaning equipment
- Install, maintain and service holiday lighting displays
- Perform pressure washing and exterior cleaning services
- Work alongside a Lead Technician to complete jobs safely and efficiently
- Set up, use and properly maintain company equipment
- Protect customer property and maintain a clean work area
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Communicate with customers regarding services and job requirements
- Occasionally speak with neighbouring homeowners and businesses to promote our services
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated and takes pride in doing quality work.

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s Licence in good standing
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to lift approximately 20-40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable learning and using specialized equipment, including water-fed window cleaning poles and gutter cleaning vacuums
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment is an asset
- Previous experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, landscaping, construction, electrical work, trades or other hands-on work is an asset
- Working at Heights certification is an asset
- Basic electrical knowledge is an asset

Important This position involves outdoor work, ladders/heights, physical activity and entering customer homes when required for interior services.

You must be comfortable working around dogs and other household pets.
