Third Space Counselling & Mental Health is a growing private practice located in Downtown Vancouver. We support adults and teens using integrative, evidence-based approaches including ACT, IFS, ERP, and EMDR. We're looking to build a team that shares a commitment to thoughtful, LGBTQIA2S+ and culturally affirming client-centred care. This is a ground-floor prospect to help shape the culture and clinical direction of a group practice in its early growth stage.

The Role

We're looking for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or equivalent (MSW, CCC, or registration-eligible) who specializes inrelationship counsellingto join us as an Associate. You'll build your own caseload with support from an established referral base, while contributing to the growing clinical identity of a practice.

We're specifically looking for someone who is:

- Trained and experienced in a recognized couples modality (e.g., EFT, Gottman Method, IFS-informed couples work, or similar)
- LGBTQ2S+ affirming, with lived experience or demonstrated clinical experience with LGBTQ2S+ individuals and couples
- Comfortable working with a range of relationship structures (monogamous, non-monogamous/polyamorous, etc.)

Additional assets (not required, but valued):

- Fluency in a language other than English




- Experience with couples navigating major life transitions (parenthood, infidelity repair, blended families, chronic illness, etc.)
- Interest in eventually offering group work or workshops

Qualifications

- Registered (or registration-eligible) as an RCC with BCACC, or equivalent regulatory body (RCSW, CCC, etc.)
- Specialized training in couples/relationship counselling
- Comfortable with independent practice management (scheduling, notes, basic admin) within a supportive team structure
- Alignment with an integrative clinical approach
