We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sheet Metal Journeyman/woman to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, fabricating, and repairing sheet metal systems across various projects. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and fabrication processes
- Install sheet metal components such as ducts, vents, panels, and enclosures with accuracy and efficiency
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, bend, and assemble sheet metal materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper alignment and secure fastening of all components
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and restoration of existing sheet metal systems as needed




- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure airtight and weatherproof installations
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with welding equipment, plumbing connections, or during roofing tasks

Skills

- Proficiency in using hand tools such as snips, hammers, drills, and measuring devices
- Strong construction experience with a focus on carpentry, plumbing, or roofing is highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of welding techniques for sheet metal fabrication and installation
- Experience with caulking, sealing, flooring installation, tile laying, or construction painting adds value
- Familiarity with restoration projects involving sheet metal systems or building facades
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
