Position Summary The Shipper/Receiver/Order Picker is responsible for receiving incoming materials, picking and preparing customer orders, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records, and ensuring materials are safely and efficiently moved throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and other documentation.

· Prepare, package, label, and stage outgoing shipments.

· Pick and prepare customer orders accurately according to order requirements.

· Verify picked items, quantities, and product information before shipment.

· Stage completed orders for packing and shipping.

· Load and unload trucks safely using a forklift and other material-handling equipment.

· Verify quantities and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.

· Complete and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.

· Move and organize materials within the warehouse and production areas.

· Ensure materials are properly labelled and stored in designated locations.

· Assist with inventory counts and investigate discrepancies as required.





· Maintain an organized and clean shipping and receiving area.

· Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid forklift license required.
- Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience operating a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
- Ability to read and verify shipping documents and packing slips.
- Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials as required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Working Conditions

- Manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- Regular standing, walking, lifting, bending, and material handling.
- Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay: $27.00-$31.00 per hour
