Deerland is a well-established and progressive multi-store John Deere Agricultural, Turf and Utility Dealer with stores in Fort Saskatchewan, Vegreville and Athabasca.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Determine appropriate shipping methods and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other required shipping documents
- Assemble containers and crates; package goods for shipment and ensure proper labeling and documentation
- Load and unload goods from trucks and other transport vehicles
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments against invoices or supporting documents; record shortages and report or reject damaged goods
- Unpack and distribute inventory to designated storage areas
- Maintain accurate internal records and inventory tracking systems
- Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other equipment to move, load,



and store materials safely and efficiently

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous forklift experience is required
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours during peak season, including some Saturdays (April–October)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- This position is primarily indoor-based
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract is required
