Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shop Foreman to lead our maintenance and repair operations within our repair facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily shop activities, coordinate equipment and machinery repairs, and ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will drive productivity, uphold safety protocols, and foster a collaborative environment where quality workmanship thrives.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily shop operations.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and technical manuals.
- Provide hands-on support with welding, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and assembly tasks when needed
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance logs.

Requirements





- Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive environment with strong mechanical knowledge
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, welding techniques, and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a daily basis
- Previous mechanic or automotive repair experience with a solid understanding of HVAC systems
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
