Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills.
- Delivering stairs to customers

Requirements





- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices related to construction or industrial work is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including overtime if required.
- Previous experience driving big vehicles (Cab over Flat deck and Cab over Cube truck)
