The Opportunity:

Tiltco Architectural is currently seeking a Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the shop floor. This position requires someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and support the daily activities of shop floor employees.
- Ensure staff are focused on the most urgent and high-priority work.
- Maintain explicit communication between production staff, supervisors, and management.




- Support workflow efficiency and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Lead by example by providing guidance to shop floor.
- General shop duties as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Experience in window and door manufacturing (European systems an asset).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $33.00-$38.00 per hour
