About the Role

We are currently hiring for a part-time Shoppe Retail Salesperson position. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Providing knowledgeable, personalized wine recommendations based on guest preferences, occasions, and budgets
- Delivering an engaging and educational retail experience that encourages exploration and builds guest loyalty
- Supporting sales goals through attentive service, strong product knowledge, and thoughtful upselling
- Providing in-depth knowledge of wines, regions, varietals, and featured products to confidently guide guest selections
- Supporting merchandising efforts by ensuring shelves, displays, and feature areas are well stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Supporting inventory management by receiving, stocking, rotating product, and communicating replenishment needs to leadership
- Supporting wine tastings, retail events, and in-store educational experiences through product knowledge and storytelling
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the retail space

We’re looking for someone who:

- Demonstrates a genuine interest in wine and a commitment to uncommon hospitality
- Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred)
- Is eager to learn about wine styles, regions, tasting notes, and food pairings
- Brings excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused approach
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with ease
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in execution
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Wine education or certifications (e.g., Sommelier or related training) are considered an asset
- Is available to work flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays

Pay & Schedule

- Wage: $19.00 per hour + Commission
- Schedule: Part-Time. Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Start Date: TBD
