Duties

- Assist customers in the showroom by providing product demonstrations, detailed explanations, and tailored recommendations to meet their renovation or construction needs
- Support outside sales efforts by coordinating appointments, preparing product samples, and following up on leads to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage inside sales activities including order processing, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, cash handling, and invoicing with accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct product demos using tools SAP and Auto Quotes
- Upsell high-end products and complementary items through persuasive communication and expert knowledge of merchandise




- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight key features and benefits of our offerings while ensuring the showroom remains inviting and well-stocked
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products, special offers, or seasonal promotions to attract customers and boost sales

Requirements

- Proven experience in restaurant and hospitality
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with SAP, Auto Quotes and Excel for accurate quoting and transaction processing
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a knack for building rapport and understanding client needs
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism during upselling opportunities
