Join our energetic team as a Sign Installation Assistant (Part-Time), where your energy and attention to detail will help bring property listings to life! In this role, you'll assist with the installation, maintenance, and removal of signage for commercial properties, ensuring that each sign is displayed accurately, safely, and professionally. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the signage industry while working flexible hours that fit your schedule.

Duties

- Assist with the installation and removal of commercial real estate signs at various property locations
- Prepare signage by assembling, inspecting, and ensuring all components are ready for installation
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to secure signs in designated areas
- Follow safety protocols during all installation activities to prevent accidents or damage
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and ensure timely sign placement
- Conduct site inspections before and after installation to verify proper placement and condition of signs




- Maintain inventory records of signage materials and report any shortages or damages promptly

Experience

- Previous experience in manual labor, construction, or sign installation is preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment necessary for sign installation
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients when needed
- Reliable transportation to travel to work
