Sign Fabricator / Welder

Jones Signs is a busy, established sign company looking for a hardworking, energetic, and reliable Sign Fabricator / Welder to join our team!

About the Role

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on fabrication, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. This position will involve fabricating a variety of custom signage and structures from aluminum and steel.

What We're Looking For

- Experience with aluminum and steel welding
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow drawings, measurements, and fabrication details
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Robust problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Experience Previous sign fabrication or sign industry experience is considered an asset.
