As a Site Superintendent, you'll take a leadership role in our field operations, overseeing day-to-day site activities and helping ensure our projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the highest quality standards. We're looking for an experienced construction qualified who takes ownership, leads by example and knows how to keep people, priorities and projects moving forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

SITE LEADERSHIP & COORDINATION

· Lead and oversee daily site activities, crews, trades and deliveries.

· Coordinate site activities to support project schedules and milestones.

· Ensure required materials, equipment and resources are available when needed.

· Review and follow project drawings, specifications and site instructions.

· Maintain site access, security, signage, organization and housekeeping.

· Identify site issues, delays and conflicts and work with the Project Manager to resolve them.





· Provide direction and support to Junior Site Superintendents and other field personnel.

· Monitor progress and help ensure work is completed efficiently and according to project requirements.

SAFETY, QUALITY & COMMUNICATION

· Lead and promote compliance with MBS safety policies, procedures and required PPE.

· Ensure required site safety documentation, inspections and reporting are completed.

· Identify and address hazards and ensure incidents and near misses are reported promptly.

· Monitor workmanship and ensure work meets project drawings, specifications and MBS quality standards.

· Coordinate deficiencies and corrective work as required.

· Maintain accurate and timely daily field reports and site documentation.

· Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding progress, schedules, site conditions, delays and concerns.

· Maintain professional and productive relationships with employees, trades, suppliers, customers and other project stakeholders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· Proven construction and site supervision experience.

· Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.





· Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site operations.

· Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and site documentation.

· Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

· Ability and willingness to work out of town Monday through Friday, as required by project location and scheduling.

LOCATION

Based in Manitoba with projects throughout Manitoba and Northern Ontario.
