About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and career-oriented Site Superintendent to oversee renovation and new build projects in North Vancouver, the Tri-Cities, and the surrounding area. As our project volume grows, we need a dedicated site lead who can manage day-to-day site operations end-to-end — from customer service and trade management to scheduling and budget adherence — so our project management team can focus on growing the business while maintaining the quality and communication WholeHome is known for.

- Interpreting and maintaining project timelines, adjusting schedules as needed to keep milestones on track
- Coordinating and overseeing sub trades, suppliers, and on-site labour,
including scheduling deliveries and managing sequencing between trades
- Reviewing completed work and compiling quality control checklists to confirm workmanship meets WholeHome standards before sign-off
- Resolving on-site issues with team members and trade partners as they arise, escalating to the project management team when necessary
- Working with clients and design teams to plan and execute projects on time and on budget, acting as the day-to-day point of contact on site
- Tracking material orders, site logistics, and equipment needs throughout each project
- Maintaining clear, regular communication with the office on progress, delays, and budget status
- Upholding jobsite cleanliness and organization as a reflection of company standards
