Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and quality control.

Duties

- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project schedules and budgets.
- Utilize construction management software such as Trello for project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to schematics and blueprints.
- Manage subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.




- Assist in construction estimating by analyzing project requirements and costs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including any changes or issues that arise.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of quality control processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics
- Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage resources effectively.
- Solid leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and communication.
- Ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
