RED Mountain Resort is hiring Ski and Snowboard Instructors for the upcoming 2026/27 winter season in Rossland, BC! This engaging role requires instructors to teach with a focus on fun and safety for all age levels. As a seasonal instructor, you'll provide personalized lessons to clients at various skill levels, including school groups and individual lessons.

Available as full-time or part-time positions, this role emphasizes the importance of guest service and professional representation of RED Mountain Snow School. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality ski and snowboard lessons
- Ensure exceptional service and positive experiences for students
- Attend and engage in required training sessions
- Give constructive assessments of student skills
- Manage groups with diverse abilities effectively Requirements:
- Must be flexible to work 2-5 days including weekends
- Positive attitude and solid communication skills required
- Ability to lift and assist students as needed
- Hold valid CASI, CSIA, or equivalent certifications
