- Provide tailored assessments and fitting recommendations
- Utilize fitting tools for boot and insole modifications
- Assist in training fellow team members on boot fitting
- Uphold SPRLLP health and safety standards
- Offer exceptional service to all guests and employees Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ski retail
- At least 1 year in boot fitting
- Extensive knowledge of ski boots and modification techniques
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
