Position Summary - Patrollers are responsible for administering first aid on and around the hill. A patroller is also responsible for on hill safety, marking hazards and monitoring skiers and boarders to ensure safe conduct on the hill.

Pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

- First aid for guests and staff
- Risk management, hazard prevention and marking

- Lift evacuation
- Assist in search and rescue

- Snowmobile operation and safety

- Hill dispatch

- Public relations
- Co-operate and accept other assignments as and when required.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

- Occupational First Aid level 3 / and or OEC certification
- Strong alpine skier/boarder in all snow and terrain and conditions
- Proficient in operation of snowmobiles
- Strong toboggan handling and teaching skills
- High level of fitness and able to work in all weather conditions
- Self motivated with robust interpersonal skills
- Two-way radio communication
- Previous ski hill experience an asset but not a requirement
