Position Summary: A Ski Rental Shop Attendant is responsible for providing an excellent guest experience within the Rental Shop. This includes getting guests set up with equipment, answering any questions they have, and general upkeep of the Rental Shop gear.

Pay for this position is $18.25/hr

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

- Adjusting, maintaining, and fitting skis and snowboards.
- Waxing skis and snowboards.
- Ensuring guests are using the proper gear for their size and experience.
- Processing transactions and cash handling through a POS system.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Assist the Ski Rental Shop Supervisor with the daily operation of the Rental Shop.
- Co-operate and accept other assignments as and when required.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience with ski hill operations, and as a skier or snowboarder is an asset.
- Experience sharpening skis and fixing core shots is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure, in a busy setting.
- Customer services skills, and a can-do attitude.
