Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating skid steer equipment to perform various tasks on construction sites specialized in pre grading and final grading. This role requires a solid understanding of heavy equipment operation and pre grade and final grade, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and a strong work ethic.

Duties

- Operate skid steer machinery for various construction tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials.




- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety regulations.

Skills

- Proficient in heavy equipment operation, particularly skid steers.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain machinery effectively.
- Experience with grader operation and commercial driving is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities are essential for success in this role.
